Standard Operating Procedure
Procedures and Policies
The business will ensure public and employee safety through secured facilities, including 360-degree camera surveillance. Upon entering, clients will be greeted, and all precious metals will be tested for purity and authenticity. Once verified, the client and owner/employee will agree on a payment amount. The client must provide a state ID and sign an invoice, with copies of the merchandise, ID, and invoice sent to the Stoughton Police Department within 24 hours. A real-time photo of the client will be taken and securely stored. All purchased items will be held for 15 days, per Massachusetts state law, before processing.

In 2020, he and his wife, Christa, founded JC’s Gold & Silver Depot LLC, continuing his commitment to resilience, hard work, and community service.
Christa, a mother of three and Law Enforcement Professional, has always been driven by empathy and a passion for helping others. She has dedicated her career to building connections, fostering growth, and supporting youth and families in need. Whether through law enforcement or community initiatives, she believes in the power of a strong, supportive community and remains committed to making a lasting impact.
